Additionally, there are specific instances where commercial law will dictate which amendments to a training contract or purchase agreement must be made. A good example of this would be a training contract which outlines specific job specifications for each employee. In this case, if an employee is allowed to work off-site for a competitor, the training contract must detail that the employee will be trained by the opponents, not the original employer. Similarly, all verbal promises of paid training or work experience are considered non-negotiable instruments within law.
The legal system in america is primarily based upon individual responsibility; consequently, every citizen is entitled to legal representation. This legal representation is important because commercial law allows corporations to bypass the burden of accountability placed upon workers and employers.
